There is so much hype today about “miracle” products that save the day and so few products that actually do what the advertizing says. I placed an order with your Company, received a personal phone call the next day to talk to me about better ways of ordering and saving money (who does that in this day and age? Obviously, you are one of the few that do) and received the CarpetSaver® runner a few days later. I am so impressed with you, your Company and the product. I’m an old lady and I had no problem laying out the runner. It secures itself so well to the carpeted stairs that it almost looks installed, feels very safe to walk on and makes a great decorative presentation. I highly recommend this product!!!!!

It does not show soil which is a big plus (hope I don’t forget to vacuum it once in awhile). Do you sell your product in the United Kingdom? If not would you be able to ship to me in England? Approximately 8 years ago I bought a roll of CarpetSaver from a Mail Order catalogue and is has been fantastic but now needs replacing. The company I bought from no longer stocks/sells your product. The stair carpet that has been protected is like new and I wish I had bought 2 or 3 rolls at the time. With many thanks for your help.

Love the CarpetSaver®. Great value for the price. I have carpeted stairs, which I find difficult to keep clean with four pets storming through house and garden. The CarpetSaver keeps the stairs in pristine condition. Has a nice neutral color that works great with my carpets. Just throw in washing machine to clean. For quick clean-up in between and to pickup hairs, I can use a vacuum on VERY LOW setting with a parquet cleaner attachment. This will extend the life of my carpets immensely!!!

I received the samples you sent me in the mail today and I just placed an order online.  Was your company, by any chance, the supplier for Solutions Catalog at one time?

I have used carpet runners like the samples you sent me for years.  I used to order them from Solutions Catalog and your sample seemed just like the ones they used to carry.  Solutions has apparently changed suppliers because the ones I received from them in my last order were clearly inferior to what they used to carry.  I promptly sent them back when they didn’t stay put.

The color was a yellowy, ultra-light beige-y kind of color, the foam backing was thinner as well as the entire runner was thinner “pile” height.  I thought it was ugly but decided I had no choice but to live with it.  Solutions had obviously changed suppliers (I’m guessing for a cheaper cost?) and I didn’t think I had another option.  The worst part for me was that even though it was advertised as 20′ in length, it was really only 19′ and I really needed that extra foot for both of my sets of stairs.  I didn’t have to trim any length (I was glad when they started offering the 20′ length at Solutions when we bought our current house 8 years ago).  Since the runner was now thinner, it also crept on top of the carpeting so it was always disheveled looking and I was constantly straightening on the stairs.  Some reviews on Solutions website say you have to air dry their carpet runners now.  Forget that!   I tried to make it work but then gave up and sent the runners back.

So I have been bummed ever since because I really relied on those runners to keep my stairs clean.  You see, I am married to a pig and he tracks dirt and debris wherever he goes (even when he hasn’t been outside!) and I have been without a solution until I found your website.  I can tell from the samples you sent me that your product is far superior to the one Solutions Catalog is currently selling and I am just thrilled!  And, to make it even better, you offer so many choices in length.

just wanted to say “Thanks”.  Your sending me the samples “sealed the deal” and I can’t wait to receive the runners.  I have referred many friends to Solutions Catalog over the years and now I will be referring them to your website.  They are NOT going to be happy if they try to order from Solutions.  If you were their supplier, I hope they come back on bended knee!

I bought this over 5 years ago from another company. I have 3 cats – enough said. I use this as a runner from my front door to the kitchen. Stains I can’t seem to get out of my wall-to-wall plush carpet washed right out of the runner in the washing machine. After about 3-4 years, it started to get small holes in it and some of the foam backing was coming off. However, it still did the job – holes and all. Yes it is thin, but anything thicker in this size would not be able to go into an ordinary household washing machine. The fact that it finally needs to be replaced after over 5 years of use, makes this a good investment. I wash this runner every 2 months or so. Great for everyday use. If you are having company, just pull it right up and put it back down when everyone leaves. I just bought my second one because I refuse to lug out the carpet cleaner for my high traffic area every month. If you are looking for a high fashion, high quality runner then this is not for you. If you are looking for a practical solution to high traffic dirt and grime, then this is the product you have been waiting for.

I’m about to order more CarpetSaver for my entry stairway. I had CarpetSaver in my first condo; when I sold it the buyer made sure she found out what it was and asked me to leave it for her. Simply stretch it slightly and smooth it over your regular carpeting – mine is a plush Saxony – and it clings to the horizontal and vertical surfaces. It won’t bunch up or wrinkle unless you’re heavy footed. Pop it in the washing machine, wash and dry gently and it’s ready to go again. Lasts about five years. The carpet underneath stays pristine.

I purchased some of these at a prior house and they worked very well. I just moved and had to get another color for my new place. I really like these and I’ve been fortunate to have carpeting that went well with the colors available. Everyone who visits likes my runner!

This product has been a lifesaver in time and money. I purchased it from a catalog several years ago and couldn’t live without it. I take care of children in my home and have constant foot traffic up and down my split-level stairs to get to the playroom. I have to wash this product EVERY week and it is still wonderful. No holes at all. Lightweight, easy to lay down, doesn’t slide or move around. When it’s dirty simply throw it in the wash and it’s good as new again. If I had to clean the carpet on the stairs every week, my carpet would have long ago been ruined. I love it.

I discovered that by sweeping each stair with a broom removed not only loose dirt but what appeared as dirty footprints as well. I will now wash it but probably once a month in the winter will do. CarpetSaver® is great when my pets come in all wet and muddy. It is soft and absorbent, so a lot of the water mud is soaked up. It is also much warmer on the tile of the mud room. When they have dried off, I simply toss it in the washing machine. Great pet product!

I loved this product so much that I bought another roll. My neighbor warned me that with beige carpet on the steps, the carpet would get black fast from people walking in from pavement. I use it to protect white carpeting during internal house construction, I originally used sticky plastic carpet coverings which left sticky residue that still hasn’t come out. Then I found your carpet saver and have it in both colors for a change when washing one. It survived beautifully through the most recent internal construction project… but I’m glad I have two, because one is stained now from the construction. I definitely recommend this – it doesn’t slide – a BIG plus – wish it were a bit less expensive.”
