SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship UPS Ground Service from Maryland to the mainland 48. (MD residents add sales tax). Sometimes US Postal service.

Destinations AK and HI move via US POSTAL Service. Please contact us directly for more information as we will need the order size and destination to determine a shipping rate.

Please be sure the shipping address is entered correctly. Charges incurred from UPS to redirect a shipment are not negligible and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

RUSH delivery service is available. Rate is determined by package size and destination. Please contact us directly for more information.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION

Four emails will follow your completed CarpetSaver® order. Promptly: 1) receipt for payment 2) your completed order. Please review the shipping address and order details immediately. Charges incurred due to incorrect address are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please call us 703-801-1000 promptly with the discovery of any errors in your order. Emailing could result in delay and your order may be on its way. If you must email, enter an alert note in the subject line, such as CORRECTION REQUIRED.

Upon shipping, you will receive tracking information from UPS or USPS. And another when package is delivered. Note, sometimes this goes to spam or junk.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase!

If you’ve never used CarpetSaver before please feel free to review the FAQ section or contact us with any questions or concerns. In order to help you make a good decision, we offer to mail you a free pack of swatch samples. We also have a special field test option where you can buy a single short run 3-8ft of the 30inch wide at discount, just ask!

Please inspect your merchandise upon receiving it. On the unlikely chance you receive defective merchandise or wrong order, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of receiving, and we will discuss rectifying it!

Returns of non-defective goods

Please contact us for authorization within 14 days of receiving. Refund is subject to 15% fee to cover the myriad costs, minimum $12.00; shipping will not be refunded. The refund amount could be reduced further if goods are not in new, clean condition. The refund will also reflect the ACTUAL shipping cost to you, which can be substantial, as the $10.50 is subsidized by us. Please include a copy of the order or the order number.

PRIVACY

All information obtained from and about our visitors is kept in strict confidence and will not be sold or shared with any outside party other than to execute the transaction. We never have access to your credit card information; your transaction goes directly to our processing company, Converge/Elavon, a Costco affiliate. We do not send email blasts.
